Foreign Degrees and Diplomas recognition
The recognition in Portugal of higher education degrees and diplomas awarded by foreign higher education institutions is regulated, since January 1st 2019, by Decree-Law no. 66/2018.
How to apply?
1. The recognition request is submetted HERE, attaching all the documents in digital format.
2. The process will be subjected to the payment of fees.
3. After the fees payment, the request will be analysed at UMinho until the final decision, when the applicant will be notified.
